I wonder how they plan on explaining her up and deciding to 'not go in to work' on some days, think they're going to give he a desk job?

Maybe they'll have her get hurt or something. Or just not show up at all without any explanation, CBS does that a lot.

...I don't recall any examples of them doing that, but at least it's not a sudden cast change and no one mentions anything about why the actor no longer is the same one playing that character (like on any day-time soap or Bewitched). Though, that would be funny-- imagine it: "ZOMG WTF happened to you Emily?" "I was fighting John Trevolta in a movie, and now I look like that other guy from Face/Off."

Oh, have you ever read their CM novels...? It focuses around Dave Rossi more than anyone else (unfortunately) but he always goes on and on about how Prentiss dresses in like top-fashion (and all but says JJ is a Maxxinista to Prentiss's fashionista self). Can anyone spot what brands of clothes Prentiss wears to support that claim? ? I'm not good with spotting labels or fake labels... -_- *hands in girl card*

And what 'background' is that...? Being a goth in HS or living in Italy? XD I'm pretty sure the non-photoshopped yearbook picture screams 'doubtful' for high-fashion and 'probable' to anything Garcia wears in a "what's more likely found in your wardrobe" category.
