So, who here thinks season 6 is going to open up with some serious Morgan angst to give his character some growth...?

*waves hand wildly in the air* It'll be nice too. I love Reid and Hotch to death, but Morgan was starting to bug me with his macho-self. It'll be nice to see him on a more emotional side.

 Will there be Garcia/Morgan love now please?I thought they'd given him enough of an angsty background when we found out about HOW HE WAS MOLESTED his troubledpast ? What do you think the opening show will be like though? JJ should have 2 episodes so do you think they'll open with Morgan Angst or with JJ angsting about getting offered a promotion? <see that? that's what we call blind hope[/s] |

It might even tie into the exit strategy... she potentially could get killed off (hopefully they change their minds...?)

You never really know with CBS though. If they do kill her off, they'll piss of the fans even more.

True, but that would probably be avoided because then they have to angst ALLLLLL the characters for a good three episodes at least... you know? I mean, if character death is targeting one chara at a time, it's all good (read: Haley) but once it effects the whole team... bah, I think they'd avoid it.

You never really know though. After Elle and Gideon left, they had a few angst moments the next episodes but haven't been mentioned yet. Except for Gideon in season 4, but that's more about Hotch and Foyet.

...? Gideon gets side-mentioned by Rossi (you know a 'thumb your nose I'm better and have a bigger salary than you' kind of way) ... that and Max Ryan (don't ever leave Joe, we don't WANT Max Ryan coming in to replace David Rossi!) DX

My Bes Case Scenario is that she get's a promotion within the FBI; since she's already an SSA, and Hotch would probably turn it down like he has been for years within my head. Granted, this would probably be a desk job but she'd still be a prominent member of the FBI even if we don't see her on screen. She'd retain her respectability and wouldn't be a sexist cop out on the authors end. But I doubt this will happen.  |

AHAHAHA... "best case scenario" ...yeah... they won't be nice. I think they might kill her off, but I think they'll get rid of her through the press- I think she'll "see something TOO real" or so and then opt to walk out and be a reporter instead or so... in other words, follow the format with Elle and Gideon-- something horrible happens to them an episode before and then they walk out cuz they stop being able to cope.

You're probably right. It's getting to be a bit of a pattern with them doing that. *sigh* I just reeeaaallly hope nothing happens to Henry.
Because Worst Case Scenario is "Unsub goes after Henry and JJ is so devastated that she leaves." *shrug* I have no idea why this idea is worse to me than her actually dying but it is for some reason.

Because it would make her own continuation get lost-- but I don't think they'd pull in anything with the baby because of the whole babies acting = not going to happen... so it's probably not something they can out-right do. But, again, it's very likely that she'll just be walked off with personal angst. =_= That, or maybe (MAYBE) they'll give her some cool exit angst that isn't downright sad or personally affected (read: her immediate family).
