...trying to what? ? word missing... oh oh is this like adlibs? I'm trying to xxxxxx NCIS (must keep it clean... maybe it's NOT like adlibs then. /fail) Which season? I kind of get lost in where what season is and which goes on what-- since USA is where I get NCIS from (and Ion for a little bit, but not since the move) ...sadly, I couldn't tell you if I've even seen the newest season at all... but the whole Abby-Ziva tension thing irks me a bit.

I watched the end of Psych S3 last night, and a genius profiler from FBI reminded me too much of CM, hee. The guy's cute, but not as cute as Spencer.

LOL... well I wouldn't be surprised if USA borrowed characters like that, they do like satire a lot in that show.

Not a crime show.

...Yeah, despite earlier conversations about Arthurian legends (and actually, probably BECAUSE of it, not despite it) I'm very leery about any given Merlin attempt. First Knight or whatever Connery bombed in pretty much scarred me from anything less than tried-and-true, that or sheerly satirical. Also, if it's not medical, criminal, or about cooking and on a channel that hires people who don't suck ashtrays to come up with flavor combinations (Food Network, you know you suck) I don't really watch it. ^_^'''' Well, of course, horror movies and anime are spared by default. XD

Merlin is a complete bastardization of arthurian legends. *snerk* That's what makes it so hilarious, because it's so like "wait.....seriously?" and Merlin and Arthur are so in love. It's not even funny how off it is; but if you watch it as satirical it's hilaaaaarious.

...Yeaaaaaahhhhhhhh... um, you both put the nail in the coffin for the thing, in other words, I'm siding with the NOT ruining fondness to Arthurian legends and thus avoid SyFy like the plague (or any other b-rate sci-fi/fantasy movies they put out... on the other hand-- I <3 syfy crap!horror films. XD Is it un-Kosher to say long live the zombies? XD)

SyFy is the network that picked him up, and while they can buy reallllllly awesome animes, the other stuff they buy is questionable at best. ^_^ Don't fret about the lack of love for Merlin, though... I'm sure someone else will wander upon here and eventually be entertained by it too. XD

pfffft SyFy runs classic!Who and Star Trek re-runs. and i think about 90% of science fiction is way too camp for someone who didn't grow up with it, and yeah- "SciFi Original Production" = horrible, there are no exceptions. but as one of those awkward kids who grew up with no friends I'm well immersed in scifi campyness.
what animes have they bought rights to? *curious*
(oh i'll admit that watching Merlin was horrifying at first but now it's sort of like...like classic!Who, actually, because you're like ...seriously? THERE IS NO CONTINUITY OR ANYTHING.)
idk my taste is questionable, like, i listen to oingo boingo non-ironically.
edit about merlin: yeah, SyFy picked 'em up but I think you used to be able to see it on BBC America - or maybe I'm just confusing that with my illicit love affair with hulu or some other such service.
