Song fic challenge...? How do you mean that to play out, via lyrics or via our interpretation of the songs or anything that vaguely fits...?

It's totally up to the writer as to how they chose to use the song prompts. I have no expectations or regulations on this. It can be an over all feel of the song or your own interpretation of what it means. You may use the lyrics, or just the song title somewhere in the story. Honestly as long as you incorporate the song in there somehow I'll be happy. It's all about being creative, having fun, and sharing the results.

hmm... I can't say this is my favorite direction to take it in, but I'll give it a good-ol' college try (...since I'm not in college anymore, this will probably be lame. XD)

I'm not sure what it is that you think is headed in the wrong direction??? I'm just trying to include something for everyone's taste. I'm still learning myself on what is liked and what is not, while trying to keep a good mix of prompts.

Oh, I didn't say wrong... >.> I just dunno about music-based stories in general, that's just something I find harder to do especially since you're picking the songs on top of it, and if I don't like the music it's hard to answer the challenge suddenly... that's all (not saying I don't... I actually don't know the stuff you referenced.) ^_^' It's fun that you're trying different stuff, but this time there were a LOT of prompts... a lot... (maybe too many for two weeks... unless you're trying to kill me with sleep deprivation... XD j/k... kinda... *dies*)

Hi everyone, Just a quick note to let you know that round 7 of the Hotch/Reid Writing Challenge is posted on the blog. I tried to take it easy on you this go round with only 4 simple two-word prompts. I apologize if the last round was overwhelming with too many prompts to work with in such a short time.
